SEBI Regulatory Limits

The following are regulatory ceilings, not the firm's pricing:

• Maximum fee: ₹1,51,000 per annum per family, excluding statutory charges, for individual/HUF clients who are not accredited investors
• Advance fees may be charged for a maximum of one year, subject to client agreement
• Fees for non-individual clients and accredited investors are negotiated bilaterally

Refund Policy

• Proportionate refund for the unexpired period, with no breakage fee
