Scope of Services

Equity research reports on NSE/BSE-listed securities with Buy/Hold/Exit views, weekly updates, event-based alerts, monthly summaries, and research app access.

Fee Structure

Indicative pricing: ₹500/month. All fees within SEBI Regulation 15A ceiling of ₹1,51,000/year for individual/HUF clients.

Delivery Mode

Research delivered via dedicated research application and email.

AI Disclosure

AI tools used only for data processing and rule-based screening. All research, recommendations, and conclusions are made solely by the Research Analyst.

No Guarantee of Returns

Research does not guarantee profits or returns. Investments in securities are subject to market risks.

Refund Policy

Proportionate refund for unexpired period. No breakage fee.

Advance

Advance fees cannot exceed one quarter.

KYC Requirements

KYC will be completed for every client prior to service commencement.

Client Segregation

Client funds and personal funds of the Research Analyst are fully segregated.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved per SEBI's three-level grievance mechanism, RAASB oversight, CeFCoM guidance, and MITC.
